Open Pan: Bring a large pan of water ring
a large pan of water to a rolling boil.
Add the rice, Stir return to a medium boil
and cook uncovered for 10 minutes, drain
and rinse with more boiling water.
COVERED PAN: Put measured rice and cold
water (one and a half times of rice) into
a good sized, heavy based pan. Bring to
the boil, stir, over and turn down to a
gentle simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off the
heat and allow to stand, still covered,
for minutes.
Microwave Method of Cooking
Water Quantity: One and a half times
water to rice.
Put measured amount of rice in cold
water into a deep, microwave able
bowl and cover. Cook for high on 6
minutes, uncover and stir. Re-cover
and cook on defrost for 6 minutes.
Don't cook for more than 300gms(12
Oz) uncooked rice at a time for getting
